If you must submit it at a later time you can create a word document and include your name, position applying for, and how and when you will expect to turn in your driving record in the word document. Save the word document as: First Name_Last Name_Driving_Record_Delay. Then upload the document to your application under the driving record question. In addition to submitting your application, please email Human Resources (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible if there will be any delay in obtaining your driving record so that we may keep the status of your application active.

If you live out of state or currently hold an out of state license, please order a copy of your driving record from the state you currently hold your driver's license with. The cost of the complete non-certified driving record in other states may vary. Please refer to the state DMV you hold your license with for cost information.

Personal Support Coach 1:1 - Business Development Center
Hourly Salary: $11.06 Hourly
Job Type: Non Exempt Part Time
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Hours per pay period: 70 hours bi-weekly
Location: Spring Dell Center, Inc., La Plata, MD
A part time position is available (8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday) for an interested applicant to support a very energetic, creative, comedic, and sociable young lady with various intellectual and developmental disabilities.
She enjoys sharing stories about herself, family, childhood friends, and pets. She is a lover of beading, music, animals, Halloween, and the kindness of others. She also enjoys her independence while being encouraged to volunteer in the community, exercise, and engage in new opportunities. This young lady can make you smile, laugh, and cry with her numerous stories. She looks forward to taking time out during the day to have a snack and some ice tea.
Preference will be given to the person who can demonstrate the abilities to be creative, organized, motivated, and a self-starter. The applicant will have the abilities to schedule outings and activities; as well as provide assistance in vocational endeavors taken on by the young lady. They will also be inclined to problem solve and work independently as they assist the young lady to achieve her personal, social and vocational goals. An ideal employee will serve as role model whom welcomes a challenge.
You must have the ability to be routine oriented, and yet spontaneous when called for by a situation. Desired character traits include: being compassionate, pro-active, observant, caring and patient; a listening ear would also be a plus. Duties Include but not limited to:
Assisting with (IP) Individual’s Personalized Plan.
Being aware of circumstances where safety could be at risk.
Planning activities that may peak the interest of the person you support for employment, volunteering, and community engagement.
Planning activities which will provide the opportunity to develop vocational, community, and social skills.
Actively participating in all aspects of person’s supports.
Coordinate supports in the community 5 days per week.
Qualifications and Skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience.
Basic Computer Skills.
Experience working with disabled adults preferred.
High School diploma or GED.
