(NOT REQUIRED FOR RETAIL CLERK APPLICATIONS). Driving records older than six (6) months from the date of your application will NOT be accepted. If you must submit it at a later time you can create a word document and include your name, position applying for, and how and when you will expect to turn in your driving record in the word document. Save the word document as: First Name_Last Name_Driving_Record_Delay. Then upload the document to your application under the driving record question. In addition to submitting your application, please email Human Resources (email@example.com) as soon as possible if there will be any delay in obtaining your driving record so that we may keep the status of your application active.
NOTE TO OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS:
If you live out of state or currently hold an out of state license, please order a copy of your driving record from the state you currently hold your driver's license with. The cost of the complete non-certified driving record in other states may vary. Please refer to the state DMV you hold your license with for cost information.

Do you have creativity, a lively personality, and want to enhance the lives of Spring Dell Center employees by coordinating the teaching of required skills and credentialing needed to succeed in their employment? Are you looking for commitment to a team that will value your energy and input? We have just the position for you, Training Coordinator. This energetic, organized, computer savvy person would maintain and update the training curriculum, schedule required trainings, coordinate trainers to teach, teaching courses, maintaining all training files (computer and paper) and interacting with all employees. This person must love connecting with other people and making outside contacts for trainings. Advanced computer skills are required. Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as multi-tasking are essential.
Duties include but not limited to:
Develop training curriculums
Maintain database of employee credentialing including expiration, required trainings, upcoming courses, training compliance and a list of required training for each position and ensure up to date documentation of all completed training in personnel files
Schedule trainings for all Spring Dell Center employees, including coordination of trainers, some evenings and weekends will be required
Teach training courses
Develop and maintain approved training modules for all DDA required training
Coordinate and implement all training required by the Department of Licensure and Certification to assure state and agency compliance
Work independently and be flexible
Demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and oral
Develop relationships and coordinate training needs with outside trainers
Training Room set up and break down
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Clean Driving Record with 2 years driving experience.
Experience in coordinating training for an organization.
Experience developing training curriculums.
Experience teaching training classes.
Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with emphasis on ability to set and manage a multitude of priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Computer Skills required – Microsoft Office Suite and Database usage.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrate sound time management and dependability.
Consistent demonstration of professionalism.
Ability to adapt to change, and be flexible with duties or hours (possibly nights and weekends).
Ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and oral), and organizational skills.
