If you must submit it at a later time you can create a word document and include your name, position applying for, and how and when you will expect to turn in your driving record in the word document. Save the word document as: First Name_Last Name_Driving_Record_Delay. Then upload the document to your application under the driving record question. In addition to submitting your application, please email Human Resources (email@example.com) as soon as possible if there will be any delay in obtaining your driving record so that we may keep the status of your application active.

If you live out of state or currently hold an out of state license, please order a copy of your driving record from the state you currently hold your driver's license with. The cost of the complete non-certified driving record in other states may vary. Please refer to the state DMV you hold your license with for cost information.

Responsibilities and Duties
Are you creative, energetic, enjoy working hands-on? If so, we are looking for someone with a commitment to high-quality supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be responsible for the oversight and management of all elements to our day program.
As a Director of Community and Employment Supports, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all elements of the program, including sound fiscal management, staff development, and supervision of staff. You will oversee all HR tasks, contract negotiations, and delivery of supports that promote the choice of people supported. Successful candidates for the Director of Community and Employment Support must be creative, energetic, hands-on and flexible. Through the interview process you must be able to demonstrate the ability to transform day program services to involve community and employment supports.
Duties include but not limited to:
Developing and implementing policy and procedures.
Demonstrate strong management skills, supervisory ability, time management and dependability.
Commitment to high-quality supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities would be a good fit for this dynamic management role.
Qualifications and Skills
The ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Minimum of 2 years driving experience
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Excellent writing skills and knowledge of spreadsheets
Project planning and staff development
Experience with budget development and implementation
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
7 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of DDA processes, COMAR regulations, and DOL regulations
