Recruiting Coordinator

Salary: $16.28 per hour
Job Type:  Full Time
Location: Spring Dell Center, Inc.,  La Plata, MD

Responsibilities and Duties

Do you bounce off the walls with creativity, excitement, and have an attention to detail?  Do you have a personality that everyone gravitates towards?  Are you looking for commitment to a team that will value your energy?  If so, this may be the career for you!  We have our sights set on hiring a person that can bring all of this and more to the Recruitment Coordinator position for Spring Dell Center, Inc.

Interested applicants must have a background in Human Resources recruitment, experience with tracking recruitment and hiring stats, as well as strong computer and design capabilities. The ability to create one of kind career announcements is vital to this position. This person must also demonstrate proficient skills to develop and implement hiring and retention goals. The applicant must demonstrate the ability to conduct hiring events, in addition to coordinating the hiring process for all potential employees. Experience with print and digital employment marketing including knowledge on various social media platforms is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

       Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • 2 years driving experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Demonstrate sound time management and dependability
  • Possess the ability to identify and resolve problems, making timely decisions
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with print and digital employment marketing including knowledge on various social media platforms is preferred

       Required experience:

  • 1 year Human Resource Recruitment experience required, 3 years preferred
  • Proficient computer skills

       Required education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
